Pete and I just visited our old stomping grounds, Toronto (cue the song Memories, played at half speed). We hung out quite a bit at the supercool, super space-age condo of our friends Robbie and Walter. Robbie is an incredibly talented graphic designer that I used to work with. Anyway, the guys' passion for '60s and '70s minimalism is apparent in every room, every detail. If anyone deserves to be chosen to live on a space station (you know, when the Earth finally blows up), it's these two. I'm sure they'll bring some style to the joint. I have an addiction. Okay, I have TWO addictions. The first one is potato chips. The second one is second-hand shopping. I have yet to find a Monet at my local thrift store, but that doesn't mean I haven't found treasure. I'm sure I'll keep you abreast of my finds as time goes on. Actually, you can count on that, since I have a compulsive need to brag about them. Click on 'Read More' to see more evidence of my thrifting adventures...
